What's the best trip for my first experience?

  • Will JWN help me with the international ticketing?
    Absolutely! As part of our group, we’re here to help. Once we understand your preferences, we’ll guide you to the best options available online. You can then easily book using your own credit card from the comfort of your home.
  • Do you help with the passport and visa process?
    We can direct you to online resources for affordable options or connect you with a travel agent if you’d prefer a more personalized approach.
  • I don’t have a passport! But I really want to go on this trip!
    Let’s get started on your passport right away! Typically, it takes about six weeks to receive a U.S. passport. Once that’s sorted, obtaining an Indian visa usually takes 3 to 7 days. It’s always a good idea to allow a little extra time for any unforeseen delays.
  • Can I apply for my visa while waiting to get my passport?
    Unfortunately not. Your visa application is linked to your passport and will require details like the passport number. You’ll need to have a valid passport in hand before applying for a visa.
  • Will you guide us on how to prepare for the trip?
    Absolutely! Around six weeks before your trip, we’ll dive into the essentials—documents, insurance, trip preparation, health considerations, currency, language, and cultural differences. We’ll share helpful links, introduce basic phrases, and guide you every step of the way. By the time you leave, you’ll feel like a seasoned traveler!
  • International travel seems very daunting and complicated. I don’t know if I can manage this.
    Our goal is to make your travel experience as smooth as possible. We provide easy-to-follow guides to help you prepare for the trip and cover everything you need to know. And if you have any personal questions beyond what's in our guides, we're always here to help!
  • Does JWN have an option of paying in installments?
    Yes. To make your travel dreams more accessible, we offer installment payment options. Please note that installment plans include a small convenience fee, making them slightly higher than upfront payments. After we connect and confirm that our tour is the perfect fit for you, you can secure your spot with a non-refundable deposit of $500. The remaining balance can be paid in flexible installments, starting at $500 per month, with full payment due at least five weeks before Day 1 of the trip.
  • What if I have to cancel my spot on the trip at the last minute?
    Please refer to our detailed cancellation policy for specific terms and conditions. It outlines everything you need to know about refunds, rescheduling, and any associated fees. Feel free to reach out if you have questions!
